Music always makes for a good discussion. But what aspect of music were you wanting to discuss?

Hmmm... I'll post my current mini-rant music wise? I don't know about how things work over here... but at the moment I'm p***ed with the radio. All they ever seem to play is Beyonce, Leona Lewis and a few of the most popular songs of the now and occasionally some old songs.

R'n'B. Sure, fine, I can deal with that. It's not that the music they play isn't good, but it's just so DULL. There's no cariation, barely ever any rock played, metal is a NO NO, and all the bands are already famous. There are millions of musicians out there, and plenty styles of musci. They never get heard, because the popular pop and R'n'B artists all shove their a**es in the way.

Hmm.. I like to think there's something. I'd hate to know for certain there's nothing out there, nothing anywhere, nothing after death or nothing to fall back on even if it is not physically there..

Not that I rely on there being something, it'd just be a bit disconcerting if, when I finally needed something to rely on, I couldn't have anything.

I get the feeling there probably isn't anything. That doesn't bother me, I'm quite happy in my ignorance... especially as I don't have to follow Christianity. Their beliefs irritate me at times...

That is pretty much what I'm saying. Although, I suppose slightly different.

I want the possibility of there being something after life, but to not be told for definite just what that is. I don't want to have to believe in ancient books that're written up and printed up and shipped out around the world to make a cr*p load of money for a religion that is now more like a croporation. I want to believe what I want to believe.. but only when I'm ready to believe it.

Right now, I'm not ready - because I don't believe. I'll know when I wanna believe, because I'll know what I believe in.
